SikaRoof MTC (Moisture Triggered Chemistry) systems are liquid applied, seamless roofing membranes that provide great, cost - effective solutions for re-roofing over failed Torch-on products and for new roofs with complex detailing and lots of penetrations

SikaRoof MTC Systems are completely cold applied so there is no requirement for any heat or naked flame on the roof.

SikaRoof MTC can be applied over any of the following:

• Torch-on
• Bituminous coatings
• Asphalt
• Cementitious substrates
• Metal substrates
• Timber (over-felted)
• Timber upstands (not over-felted)
• Brick & Stone
• Slates, tiles etc.
• Some plastics
• Paints
